自建APJP php代理服务器

本机及服务器要求：
- install JAVA >= 1.5.0 on the local machine
- install a server with PHP >= 5.0.0 + MCRYPT >= 2.5.6 + OPENSSL >= 0.9.6 on the remote machine

照着网上的教程做了下，支持mcrypt的免费空间不太好找，可以自己上传php探针看下主机的配置。已知000webhost和freehostia都是支持mcrypt的，可以去试下。
